About Me

I’m Tracey and I’m not your typical fitness and life coach. I bring two decades of experience in personal training, specializing in empowering women over 45 to transform not just their bodies but their entire lives. My journey to this point has been anything but ordinary, and it’s one that I believe will deeply resonate with you.

At the tender age of 18, I faced a severe car accident that left me with broken ribs and a partially damaged knee cap on my right leg. The road to recovery was arduous and challenging, especially for someone who was actively involved in high school sports. Two months in a wheelchair left me feeling weak and defeated.

But I refused to let my circumstances define me. I embarked on a personal mission to rebuild myself, starting with learning to walk again. Through sheer determination and relentless practice, I not only rehabilitated my body but also discovered the incredible power of strength training. Against all odds and despite what the doctors had told me, I made a triumphant return to skiing and all the sports I loved. This experience taught me the invaluable lesson of trusting the healing process and the undeniable importance of strength training in maintaining not just physical fitness but also the ability to move better.

My Philosophy

My coaching philosophy is rooted in a holistic and functional approach. I understand that many of you are struggling with body confidence, navigating middle age, and aiming to shed that stubborn belly fat. I’ve been there, and I get it. My goal is to guide you through this transformative journey, just as I transformed my own life.
